Every
effort is made to get your package to you
in perfect condition and in a timely manner.
All sales are considered final at time of purchase,
exceptions are as follows: All
returns, refunds, and/or claims must be requested
within 15 days of shipment and must meet the following
guidelines or we will not be able to process them.
If what you received is not what you ordered as
stated on the invoice, contact us and we will make
arrangements to quickly replace the received item
with the invoiced item. Please keep the packaging
and contact us right away.
Lotion Source does not offer any guarantee on closeout
and/or clearance items. We do not take exchanges
on closeout and/or clearance items. If your closeout
and/or clearance item is damaged in shipping we
will replace it if we have that item available when
you contact us, otherwise a store credit will be
issued.
If a you wish to return a product and exchange
it for another item you may do so within 15 days
of the shipping date so long as the product is
unopened and unused per inspection upon return & the
product is undamaged upon arrival at our warehouse.
There is a 15% restocking fee on returned items
which will be deducted from your credit. Lotion
Source is not responsible for products damaged
in return shipping. Once received and processed
you will have a store credit or in the case of
an exchange we will issue a request to you
for the cost of shipping the exchanged item.
If
you return an item for any other reason for credit,
the original shipping charges will not be refunded
because the item was shipped to you, however, we
will issue a credit for the cost of the item returned.
Damaged Shipments:
If
a package is received with damaged products,
please make a list of the products that were
damaged. Keep all original packaging and
take a digital picture of the damage that can
be emailed.
If you purchased insurance at
checkout contact us immediately using the form
below so that we can process your claim. We will
ask for a picture of the damages for processing. Don't
forget to include your order number and contact
information.
If you did not purchase insurance at checkout
please take the following steps:
E-mail us using the form below let them know what happened; don't forget to include
your order number and contact information.
Contact the delivery company within 24 hours of receipt,
to obtain a Damaged Shipment Claim Form. For further information, review the
information from UPS or USPS.
The shipping
carrier should be able to process your claim and reimburse you for the damages.
